(CBS Records Division, hereinafter "CBS"), has brought this action against Tanya Denise Tucker (hereinafter "Tucker" or "the infant"), a minor formerly under contract to plaintiff as a recording artist, Tanya, Inc., and Jessie Melvin Tucker and Alma Juanita Tucker, both individually and as guardians of Tanya Tucker.
