This appeal involves the meaning of the word "automobile" as it is used in an automobile insurance policy. The policy under review was issued by the plaintiff to the defendant Lane D. Miller. During the time this policy was in effect, defendants' son was killed in an automobile accident while riding as a passenger in an uninsured vehicle.
