On February 23, 1976, the Secretary of Labor filed a complaint in this court against the Pittsburgh School District asserting a cause of action under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. § 217. The action concerns the equal pay provisions of the Act. Contemporaneously with the filing of the complaint a Consent Judgment signed by the counsel for the parties was presented...
