This is an action for declaratory, injunctive and monetary relief to recover certain payments made to defendant Interstate Federal Savings & Loan Association (Interstate) by plaintiffs George and Kathryn Schmidt, who prepaid a home loan they had with Interstate prior to the date of maturity.
