Richard F. Keller (hereinafter plaintiff) initiated this action under 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B) against defendant Graphic Systems of Akron, Inc., Employees Profitsharing Plan (hereinafter Plan) on March 5, 1976.
