Plaintiffs, as trustees of the estate of James Campbell, owned and leased real property at various locations in the State of Hawaii. The real property consisted of lands zoned, leased and used for agricultural purposes in the western part of Oahu. Portions of these leased lands were condemned by the State of Hawaii for the construction of highways. Plaintiffs realized a net amount of more than $260,000 during the years 1966...
