This appeal arises in a suit on a promissory note in the principal sum of $22,500 (with interest from date at seven percent per annum and a reasonable attorney's fee if placed in the hands of an attorney for collection) given by defendants to plaintiffs on April 15, 1969, in a transaction involving the sale of two used automatic car wash systems to defendants.
