This wrongful death action arises from a ski accident which occurred at Okemo Mountain Ski Area in Ludlow, Vermont, on February 20, 1972 and resulted in the death of Thomas L. Nelson. Barbara B. Leopold, the plaintiff, is the executrix of the decedent's estate, and at the time of the ski accident, was his wife. Mrs. Leopold is now remarried and residing in California.
