In this case the Plaintiffs Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations bring suit to quiet title in and to lands situated in the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 9 North, Range 25 East of the I.B.M., LeFlore County, Oklahoma. Originally other lands were involved in the suit but at the Pre-Trial Conference conducted herein and as shown by the Pre-Trial Order filed herein...
