The appellant, Asa Lee Mayes, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was charged in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case No. CRM-75-3458, with the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor, in violation of 47 O.S. 1971, § 11-902. He was tried by jury, convicted, and sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the Oklahoma County Jail and fined...
