This is an appeal from a judgment holding appellant-husband in contempt of court for failure to comply with a divorce decree.
The parties were granted a divorce on February 27, 1975, by a decree adopting a settlement agreement executed by the parties. The agreement in pertinent part provided: "That the husband does hereby agree to execute a Warranty Deed conveying fee simple title to the wife to the home... Said property to be conveyed free...
