Defendant-appellant was charged on two counts of felonious possession of Schedule One Controlled Substances in violation of § 195.020 RSMo Supp.1971. Count I charged possession of heroin, and Count II charged possession of marihuana. Prior to trial defendant filed a motion to quash a search warrant and suppress evidence seized thereunder, which, after hearing, was denied.
