On September 5, 1975, a grand jury sitting in the Eastern District of New York indicted Security National Bank on 9 counts of making unlawful political contributions in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 610. Three of the bank's officers were charged with conspiring to cause the bank to make these unlawful contributions.
