This case is a multi-pronged attack upon the administration of the Food Stamp program in the state of Connecticut. At stake is the very ability of thousands of low-income households in this state to obtain for themselves the means for affording a nutritiously adequate diet. As both the cost of food and the rate of unemployment climb during the depression we are suffering in this normally prosperous state...
