On February 22, 1972, the Thomas Stone High School located in Waldorf, Charles County, Maryland, and owned by the plaintiff was partially damaged by fire. There were in existence at that time policies of insurance issued by the defendants covering fire and other loss.1 After the fire, plaintiff timely notified the defendant insurance companies and requested payment under the policies...
