This case arises under the Equal Pay Act of 1963, 29 U.S.C. § 206(d)(1)1 which added to § 6 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 the principle of equal pay for equal work regardless of sex. It is our opinion that the action should be dismissed because the wage differential between three male barbers licensed by the Commonwealth...
