This appeal involves Tex.Bus. & Comm. Code Ann. art. 17.41, et seq., and its predecessor, Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5069-10.01, et seq. Article 17.41, et seq., is commonly known as the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act.
