Thomas G. Carter brought this suit as owner of a patent entitled "Positive Clutch", the subject matter of which concerns the high speed gear of certain motor vehicle transmissions.1 Mr. Carter alleges infringement and seeks an accounting for the period of defendants' alleged wrongful use. Defendants admit use of a device which falls within the scope of the patent but challenge its validity...
