Leonard Gerou testified that on January 13, 1973 at about 10:15, he was confronted by a person he identified as the defendant who had his hand in his jacket and said: "Give me all your money or I will shoot you". He said that the assailant then took $4 and Gerou's car. Defendant was subsequently arrested and charged with armed robbery. MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797.
