MEMORANDUM OPINION

KERR, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court for review of a decision by the defendant, wherein it was determined that plaintiff was not entitled to disability benefits under the Social Security Act. Plaintiff has exhausted his administrative remedies and the Court has jurisdiction to review the matter.
