Plaintiff Lakeside National Bank filed suit against defendant claiming that she was indebted to plaintiff in the amount of $1,500 for money received by mistake. Defendant answered with a general denial. After trial to the court, judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff for $1,500. Defendant appeals, contending that the judgment of the trial court is against a clear preponderance of the evidence. We affirm...
