MEMORANDUM OPINION

SPENCER WILLIAMS, District Judge.

This matter came before the Court on plaintiffs' motion for preliminary injunction. The plaintiffs herein are three children, Daniel, 13 years of age; Lauren, 11 years of age; and Regina, 10 years of age. They are suing through their guardian ad litem, Sam Salaices who is also their stepfather. These children seek to enjoin the Honorable M. O. Sabraw, Judge of the Superior Court, State of California...
