Appellant alleges that the district court erred in finding that Appellee, Hutchins Bros. et al, did not violate Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 when it assigned Appellant the duties of performing janitorial work. This delegation of duties and Appellant's subsequent refusal to perform them led to the discharge or resignation of Appellant from his position with Appellee.
