This litigation arises from the deannexation of an area (the affected area) formerly a part of Plaintiff's Independent School District I-53 (Crooked Oak) and its annexation to Independent School District I-52 (Midwest City). The process was accomplished in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. The affected area was transferred from the Crooked Oak District to the Midwest City District on July 1, 1972...
