Appellant Kenny Garner was charged with two counts of selling marihuana and the counts were consolidated for trial. Undercover agents Jackson and Hill testified appellant, along with co-defendant Diane Garner, sold them each a "lid" of marihuana for $15 each on June 11, 1974.
