This is a continuation of an action filed in 1972 pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g) wherein Perry Good seeks judicial review of the decision of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) of the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals, Social Security Administration.
