Defendant was convicted by a jury of possession with intent to deliver the controlled substance marijuana, MCLA 335.341(1)(c); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(c). He was sentenced to nine months in jail, five years probation, and fined $2,000; and he appeals as of right. We affirm.
