Remegio Aqui (appellant) sought damages based on the alleged negligence of Luther Isaac (appellee) arising from an intersection collision involving their automobiles. A jury returned a verdict for appellant, but the trial court granted appellee's motions for judgment n. o. v.1 and, in the alternative, for a new trial.2 Appellant claims it was error to grant these motions.
