In 1970, plaintiff, Vancouver Plywood Company, Inc., (Vancouver), a Louisiana corporation, entered into separate contracts with defendants Steelcraft Corporation (Steelcraft), a Tennessee corporation, and George W. Greer, a citizen of Texas, to construct a new dry refuse burner upon the premises of Vancouver's Florien, Louisiana plant.
