This is an action brought by a Northeastern University (Northeastern) hockey player against the National Collegiate Athletic Association (N.C.A.A.), the N.C.A.A. Executive Director Walter Byers (Byers), Northeastern, and Northeastern's Director of Athletics, Herbert H. Gallagher (Gallagher).
