This appeal concerns an action to quiet title to a 32¼ acre tract of unimproved land situated in Westmoreland County, brought by plaintiff-appellee Seven Springs Farm, Inc., against Theopholis and Catherine King, their heirs and assigns,1 and appellant Winona Wheat.
