These two voluntary bankruptcy cases are now before the Court on appeal by Capital Typewriter Company, Inc. of Little Rock, Arkansas, from an order of the Bankruptcy Judge to the effect that the Trustee in Bankruptcy, rather than Capital, is the owner of a certain Smith Corona typewriter which the bankrupts acquired from Capital in 1972 for use in connection with their business in England, Arkansas.
