Nancy Dempsey (hereinafter defendant) appeals from the trial court judgment which awarded certain proceeds from a life insurance policy to Kathleen Jill Dempsey and Dana Mark Dempsey (hereinafter plaintiffs). The case was tried on stipulated facts and briefs.
