Claimant appeals from a final order of the Employment Appeals Board denying him unemployment compensation benefits for the period of September 29, 1974 through October 26, 1974. Adopting the decision of its designated referee the Board found claimant to be ineligible for benefits because he was not "available for work, and * * * actively seeking and unable to obtain suitable work * * *" as required under ORS...
