The plaintiff-appellant, David J. Keyser, Jr., sued for personal injuries sustained by him in an accident at the intersection of Highway 19 and Lavey Lane in the Parish of East Baton Rouge. The defendants are Jessie M. Triplett and Cumis Insurance Society, Inc.; Houston General Insurance Company filed a petition of intervention as the workmen's compensation insurer of plaintiff's employer, seeking to recover the amounts paid under the workmen's compensation...
