By agreement signed the 14th day of May, 1973 Frederick Steinmann agreed to convey unto Gene A. Murray, "all his right, title, interest and estate in and to the Motel known as Seascape Motel, located on Baltimore Street, in Ocean City, Worcester County, Maryland, and a Five Percent (5%) Interest in Harbor Joint Venture, be the same Stock, Partnership Interest or any other interest whatsoever, that the said FREDERICK STEINMANN...
