This is an appeal from an order of the Superior Court granting defendants' motion for summary judgment based upon the plea of the statute of limitations.

We are asked to answer two questions on appeal:

1. Had the statute of limitations run on the account upon which the plaintiff sued? 2. Were the defendants estopped by the proceedings in a companion case to assert the defense of statute of limitations?
