Appellant, Board of Education of the Melvindale-Northern Allen Park Public Schools (Board), appeals a judgment of $5,249.23 issued by the Wayne County Circuit Court in favor of plaintiff, a female teacher, as compensation for the violation of her rights under the due process clause.1 We affirm the judgment.
