OPINION

GOURLEY, Senior District Judge.

This is a habeas corpus proceeding in which a state penal inmate was tried by a court and jury and was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment.

The penal inmate is most thoroughly informed and advised as to the practices and procedures in the Federal Judicial System as evidenced by the five habeas corpus proceedings previously filed and adjudicated in this Court.
