This is a civil action for statutory damages and attorney's fees for alleged violations of the Truth in Lending Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, 12 C.F.R. § 226.1 et seq., commonly known as Regulation "Z".
