Plaintiff's complaint was filed August 30, 1973. It sought damages for the alleged repudiation of a lease by defendants on August 15, 1973. Defendants filed an answer, counterclaim, and a motion for summary judgment on October 12, 1973. The motion for summary judgment was granted by order dated and filed November 5, 1973 and plaintiff's complaint was dismissed. Judgment also entered in favor of defendants on their counterclaim for the amount of their security...
