This is an action arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5 et seq., in which Cleo Calage alleges that she was unlawfully discriminated against because of her sex while employed by the University of Tennessee's Food Service Department from October 9, 1967 until November 1973.
