FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW and JUDGMENT ORDER

WALINSKI, District Judge:

In this patent infringement suit, the principal issue is whether a claim is invalid for lack of novelty or obviousness, or whether the entire patent is invalid for failure to disclose the best mode. As will become apparent, the Court has resolved these issues in favor of defendants and will enter judgment accordingly.
