This is a civil action in which plaintiff, a former guidance counselor at Wayland High School, seeks damages and injunctive relief by way of reinstatement to his former position against defendants who include the individuals who comprised the Wayland School Committee, the Superintendent of Schools, the High School Principal and the Chairman of the Board of Selectmen.
