KELLY, Associate Judge:

At approximately 2:00 a. m. on February 27, 1973, Kenneth A. McDermon was confronted by two men and a woman as he was walking from his car to his apartment at 535 Edgewood St., N.E. One of the men held a gun on McDermon as he was robbed of $40 and the leather coat he was wearing. The three assailants then fled the scene in a red or maroon automobile which had pulled up while the robbery was in progress. Appellants were subsequently tried on...
