Defendant, Anthony Yarborough, was charged with second-degree murder. MCLA 750.317; MSA 28.549. A jury in Detroit Recorder's Court found the defendant guilty of the lesser included offense of manslaughter. MCLA 750.321; MSA 28.553. He was sentenced to a prison term of from 10 to 15 years. He appeals as of right.
