PER CURIAM.

The basic issue in this case, transferred without ruling by Loughlin, J., is whether upon a writ of habeas corpus the superior court has jurisdiction to review actions of the parole board, and if so, the scope of such review. The superior court has concurrent jurisdiction with the supreme court of a writ of habeas corpus (RSA 534:3) which is a proper remedy for this purpose. Petition of LaForest,
