OPINION

SUTIN, Judge.

Plaintiff recovered judgment against the defendant in the sum of $5,350.80 and defendant appeals. We affirm.

Defendant did not challenge any of the findings of the trial court pursuant to Rule 9(m)(2) of Rules Governing Appeals [§ 21-12-9(m)(2), N.M.S.A. 1953 (Int.Supp. 1974)]. "The trial court's findings are conclusive on appeal." Springer Corporation v. American Leasing Company, 80 N.M. 609
