The plaintiff in these suits is the owner, developer, and general contractor of the Brook Hollow Health Care Facility in the town of Wallingford, Connecticut. The defendants Andrulot and J. E. Greene, Inc., both claim to have supplied materials and services for work on the Health Facility to the plaintiff for which they were not paid. Therefore, both these defendants issued certificates of mechanic's liens...
