S.C. § 405(g) for review of a decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare determining that plaintiff's son, Lee Cucuzzella, ceased to be entitled to disability payments under the Social Security Act as of July 1967, and that benefits paid between that date and December 1971, amounting to $6,400.70, must be returned to...
